Palmo is Israel’s leading real estate company specializing in development and investor support in Greece. What began as an initiative by a group of friends—former officers from elite military units—has grown over the course of more than seven years into a company that has developed over 40 urban renewal projects in Athens, Piraeus, and Leuktra.
The company provides over 600 Israeli clients with a full-service (360°) package, which includes site identification, project initiation, construction, day-to-day management, and assistance with obtaining a Golden Visa. Palmoh’s complexes prioritize quality and modernity, offering a contemporary living experience with amenities such as co-working spaces, fitness centers, a residents’ club, and a rooftop.
The company is led by its partners: CEO Peleg Yariv, a real estate entrepreneur with extensive experience in the Greek market; Vice President of Marketing Omer Farkash, a serial entrepreneur from the startup and technology sectors; and Vice President of Sales Aviv Cohen, a seasoned expert in assisting Israeli buyers in Greece.
