Who are we?

Palmo was founded by Peleg Yariv and Aviv Cohen, and since its establishment, it has accompanied hundreds of Israeli clients who have purchased property in Greece. How did the idea to establish Palmo come about?

Like any large and successful project, the entrepreneurs of Palmo “rolled” into establishing the company completely by chance, when the two good friends, who had known each other since their time as officers in the army, decided to purchase an apartment in Athens together. It was a relatively modest apartment with only two rooms. Not long after, the two had already sold the apartment for a significant profit, and then they began to realize that “something big was happening here.” As they deepened their knowledge of the intricacies of the Greek real estate market, Peleg and Aviv became convinced of the enormous potential inherent in the island nation. Not long after, they decided to take the matter one step further and build a business where they could engage in exactly what they love on a daily basis – real estate investments in Greece. Since then, Palmo has accompanied hundreds of couples and individuals in realizing their private “Greek dream”, which is buying an apartment for investment or residence – and of course, there is a lot more to come.
