Step one – signing the joining form and transferring the joining fee. At this stage, you will pay a deposit of 1,000 Euros.
Step two – signing the agreement and notarizing the power of attorney. Your signature will be made after a meeting with the trustee, who will be responsible for the trust account throughout. Step three – transferring ownership and renovation. At this stage, the funds will be transferred from the trust account to the seller’s account and the apartment will be registered in the land registry in your name.
